Warranty Terms

Thank you for purchasing Senmai products, please read the following terms before using of this product.

1. The consumer within 30 days from the date of purchase, under normal operating conditions (non-human damage), the product of the quality of failure, not overhaul, confirmed by our technical staff is a machine failure occurs under normal use, you can enjoy the package exchange service.
 

2. Consumers within six months from the date of purchase, under normal operating conditions (without the overhaul), the quality of failure occurs, you can enjoy the warranty service.
 

3. In the following cases, Senmai will refuse to provide warranty service but provision of paid service is available:
 

a. Product has been misuse, negligence or because of the irresistible use of mechanical damage caused;

b. The headphone unit used by the large volume of debris or impact leading into the diaphragm deformation, broken headphone cord, crushed, flooding, broken shell, deformation and other human damage;

c. The product was without the authorization of repairs;

d. The product is not available at the original installation instructions;

e. Cannot provide the original warranty card, proof of sales and marketing unit, date of purchase beyond the warranty period.

4. In the following cases, Senmai will refuse to provide maintenance services:
 

a. Cannot provide the original warranty card or warranty card does not match the recorded content and products;

b. Warranty cards, security labels can not be altered or ambiguous identification.

5. The warranty card, a free service provided does not include product accessories and other decorative items.
 

6. This warranty does not include transportation costs and does not provide on-site service.
